unweighted graph metrics

Hi,

We are using a simple connectivity model based only on distance thresholds. I was wondering if it is possible to use unweighted versions of some of the graph metrics. For example, F, BC and FPC all require the d and p parameters to be specified.

I can simulate an unweighted version by making d very small (e.g. 0.00000000001). However, I am wondering if I am missing the point - and that is sensible to do.

Regards,

Alex

Re: unweighted graph metrics

Hi,

Better solution :
set p = 1, then alpha = 0
-> all distances = 1

Re: unweighted graph metrics

Thanks for that. It is a lot simpler.
