Registration Form

The conference fee (Euros 660) includes  :
(for students and accompanying persons the fee is euros 410)

1 - Transfer by shuttle car from Cointrain Airport (Geneva, Switzerland) to Chamonix.

If you wish to use the shuttle, you are required to mention your flight number and  arrival time at the airport. You will get back an appointment (time and precise location within the Airport) by E-Mail.

2 - Conference facilities

Admission to all sessions, Thursday afternoon excursion
Following meals : lunch (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday), dinner (Tuesday,   Wednesday, Friday),  banquet (Thursday night)

Room reservation (additionnal cost) ; three possibilities :

1 - The "Centre Jean Franco" will be opened  espacially for the conference. Only 49 double rooms are available there. The comfort level of them is simple but correct. We recommand this cheap solution for the participants joining the Symposium by two or accepting to share the room with somebody else. You will get only one invoice including both conference fee and room.

 Double room, global price for 4 nights : Euros 60 /person

2 - If you prefer to rent a room at hotel, we can take care of the reservation at Gustavia Hotel*** which is close to the Railway Station and the "Centre Jean Franco". You will pay a separate bill at the hotel desk. You are required to confirm your reservation before April 25. It must be done by paying 25% of the bill at Gustavia Hotel. Don't forget to mention that you participate in the Circumpolar Symposium.

3 - You can also reserve a room by yourself (http://www.chamonix.com/accueilEn.php3). In this case, please, don't forget to mention it at the proper place on the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration must be done in writing and faxed or e-mailed to the Laboratory THEMA. Cancellation received before April 30, 2004 will be refunded 100% of the registration fees received, less administrative fee of Euros 25.  No refunds for cancellations received after April 30, 2004. This applies to all registration categories.
